We have two guest rooms, each with a queen bed, private bath, private entrance and spectacular view of Twin Lakes, Independence Pass and Mount Elbert. Each room has a high speed internet connection (wireless and ethernet), 32 inch flat screen LCD High Definition TV with DirecTV Satellite service, DVD player with a complimentary DVD collection for your use, mini fridge with complimentary bottled water.
We are open year 'round. Rooms are $89 per night (plus tax) for two or more nights. One night stays are $100 plus tax. $100 deposit to be charged to your credit card as a deposit, refundable up to 14 days prior to your arrival, less any Paypal fees if applicable. For cancellations with less than 14 days' notice, there is no refund unless we can re-book those nights. Visa, Mastercard and PayPal accepted. Discover, and American Express accepted via PayPal. Personal checks accepted. Cash is always welcome!
A full breakfast is served at 8:00 am everyday, however we can make that earlier or later with enough advance notice. We can also accommodate any special diets with advance notice.
Sorry, we cannot accommodate pets (there have never been any pets in the guest rooms).
Please, no smoking in the guest rooms or anywhere in the house. You may smoke outside if you like.
As the name of our B&B suggests, we have a black cat, but he is not allowed in the guest bedrooms.
